2005 -------
Both dmake in the OOo environment and using its own startup/* makefiles don't
need the hardcoded OS macro. It even had the wrong value to be usable with the
startup/* makefiles. It also isn't mentioned by the man page.

The following patch removes the macro, cleans up configure.in and friends and
increases the version number to 4.4-cvs.

It also slightly rearranges the output of dmake -V to mention the build triplett
for unixy targets, "Windows / MinGW" for MinGW or "Windows / MS Visual C++"
for MS compiler builds.
