[Steps]
1. Create new impress document;
2. Click the  drop-down arrow button on the far right of the Drawing
toolbar,then popup a menu ,click on "visual buttons" pop-up menu item, view the
"Insert" item is not a check state, click on "Insert" item;
check it ,make it visible on the Drawing toolbar.
3. Click on the impress Application  window's "Restore Down" button, adjust the
window size so that the "Insert" button on the Drawing toolbar disappears ;
4. Click the  double arrow button on the far right of the Drawing toolbar,then
popup a menu, click "Insert" menu item.
