I cannot confirm the problem. Are you talking about the simple tool tip or the
"Extended tool tip" (Tools.Options.OpenOffice.General)?
In my installations of OOo Writer the tool tips for "Font color" and
"Highlighting" have different text (Windows and Linux).
On which platform do you deploy OOo? Do you run a Linux distribution with the
OOo from the Linux distributor?
