It looks like something hinder OOo to write to
'C:\programData\Microsoft\Windows\templates\'. Maybe it's a problem with user
rights or a security tool blocks that directory.
I can't reproduce. As this is not a help desk please try to get help at the
mailing list '[email protected]' or at
'http://support.openoffice.org/index.html'.
