Well, for me it is ok to disable menu entries, provided there is an official way
for it. That is, if the tooly->digital signature entry can be removed, then the
corresponding button in the dialog should also be disabled. However, one can
still access the dialog by double clicking the field in the status bar.

@cd: Please verify that the extension uses the correct way to disable the menu
entry. Then send it back to me.
