I was slightly incorrect; the problem was that the mnemonics got only added
after layouting was done (which is why the dialog looks OK after resizing it).
At the moment a lot of strings are still without CJK mnemonics which will change
as soon as translation for the dialog gets integrated.
Fixed in CWS ppp02
