Hi Ingo,
Javier SOLA sent me patches to implement Khmer but he can't build/test on
Windows. I'd like to build Khmer language pack thus I added
km 0 1107 # Khmer
to the msi-encodinglist.txt file.
But this is not enough and the build fails in get_windows_language. If
I change the 0 to 1252, it is OK. Does this mean that we can't build
language packs for e.g. Hindi or Zulu? They both use 0 there.
I'll fake 1252 encoding for Khmer for now.
I also tested this (also in private mail):
