downloaded the software, but the system won't let me add a pixma mp800 using it
:-( With "normal" printer the copy count is correct (normal in this case means
no extra software required; these drivers usually are simply a PPD file used by
the Mac's CUPS subsystem). As uwealtman said, there must be some kind of
interfacing problem; unfortunately without reproducing the problem I won't find
a solution.
@hi: do you have a printer that shows this problem (use a DEV300m69 or earlier,
or simply a 3.2 since the dialog does not appear anymore with issue 96606 fixed)
