Still reproducible with "Ooo-Dev 3.3.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP:
[DEV300m70 (Build 9478)]"!
Can't see any more requirement for more info, so I remoev "needmoreinfo".
Although the URL can not be clicked, the URL should be shown during mouseover.
So the user can know that the note contains a hyperlink, make it visible using
'Show Comment' from context menu and even click the hyperlink (only after he
clicked somewhere into the spreadsheet, what might be an other bug).
