We have recently installed Open Office 3.1.1 and mostly working with “Calc”.
Our employees were used Microsoft office before and they have all old data in
MS-Excel 2003 format. Now, they are able to open these file in Calc and also
can edit the data. But when they try to print particular page in the file, it
only print one or two cells. I also tried it by defining the range
using “Define Print Range” option in format menu, it shows proper data in page
preview but when print by selecting “Selected Cells” option and desire page
number (of defined print range) in selected page option, it skips all data and
just print one or two cells. I really get annoyed with that. Also checked all
Print related options and found proper.
Could you please sort this problem?
