Steps to reproduce:

I used either of the attached files from Bug 107702

http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=107782

Open a Rich Text table, or HTML table
Select the table in Writer
Select New -> Database
In Tables: Paste (or Paste Special; it happens for either option)
Step 1: Default Options, check "Create primary key"
Step 2: Select all columns
Step 3: Do nothing, choose "Back" until you return to Step 1.
Step 1: Should have all the same options you originally selected.
Step 2: Select all columns
Step 3: Primary Key you established in Step 1 is gone.
