When using the IME (Input method engine) on Windows in order to enter Japanese
text, the find bar does not recognize the "commit" of the current string. To
reproduce:

Varation (1):
 - Load bugdoc (containing some Japanese Kanji and Katakana characters)
 - Ensure the cursor is at the start of first line
 - Enable IME (Japanese, Input style=IME Standard, Input mode = Hiragana)
 - Click into find bar, note the arrow buttons stay enabled
 - Type "pe pa <space> <Enter>"
[Now we read the string "ペパ" in find bar text field]
 - Click on the "Down" arrow in find bar
-> Message box "Search key not found" (DEFECT)

Varation (2)
 - Load bugdoc
 - Click in find bar text field
 - Press <Space> and then <backspace> key
[As designed, the arrows are disabled because there is currently no search
string]
 - Type "pe pa <space> <Enter>"
-> The arrows do NOT get enabled (DEFECT)
 - Press <Space> and then <backspace> key behind the search string "ペパ"
-> The arrows are enabled and work correctly (POOR WORKAROUND)

Varation (2):
 - Double-click the string "ペパ" in the find bar text field to have it selected
 - type "haiku <space> <Enter>" to overwrite selection with "ハイク"
 - Click on the "Down" arrow in find bar
-> Not the current string in the find bar (ハイク) is found, but the "old"
string "ペパ" instead. (DEFECT)

I described these variations as I think it is akk the same root cause (Text
commit of IME is not recognized in find bar text field)
