The reason is, that the snap lines use page coordinates, which are relative to
the origin, but the min and max constraints for the metric fields in the dialog
use logical coordinates. The patch adds the missing LogicToPagePos conversion.
I have reduced the values a little bit in addition, for to make it easier to hit
the lines with the mouse, if they are set to the extreme positions.
You must apply the patch from i102023 in addition, to get the right coordinates
shown in the metric fields.
