MS Excel 2003 XML with .xls extension does not open on double click (or "Open
with Calc" command), but opens in Writer, Draw.
How to reproduce:
1. Open OOo (for example, Writer)
2. Go to Tools/XML Filter settings... and edit "MS Excel 2003 XML" filter so
that it will look like on the screenshot below.
3. Download a second attachment file (A.xls) or download the file from issue
101864 (test.zip), extract it and take test.xls.
4. Open this file by double clicking it andby a command "Open with Calc" (no
matter). OOo will ask you as if it were a txt file.
5. Now open this file by "Open with Draw", or "Open with Writer" command (or
associate *.xls files to open with Draw or Writer by double clicking). The file
is imported correctly.
