Apparently, Outlook creates "smarttags" around place names. Here are two snippets of source from the original message as an example. development of the future ATM system = in=20 <?xml:namespace prefix =3D st1 ns =3D = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"=20 /><st1:place>Europe</st1:place>. Activities are aligned = which seems to be the place in the message where the "smarttags" were initialised, then used; and 5 sites (Br=E9tigny,=20 <st1:City><st1:place>Brussels</st1:place></st1:City>,=20 <st1:place><st1:City>Budapest</st1:City>,=20 <st1:country-region>Luxembourg</st1:country-region></st1:place> and=20 <st1:City><st1:place>Prague</st1:place></st1:City>) under one=20 management.
