Ok, I found the issue and closing. I was able to make it work correctly by
deleting the .ooo-dev directory and allowing it to rebuild from scratch. So it
seems like something from an earlier development build was not compatible with
this newer release. I'm sending a note to our support staff to alert me of this
issue if we see it after going live with 3.2 and later 3.3. At that point, I'll
spend more time checking the directory for the offending cache or setting.
