Changed ro_RO.xml IndexKey to
A Ă Â B-I Î J-S Ș Ş T Ț Ţ U-Z
and added UnicodeSript 3 for Latin Extended-B characters.
The underlying algorithm apparently already combines Ș and Ş respectively Ț and
Ţ, so when updating the attached document's index section you will see only one
entry for Ș and one for Ț. Once the "words" to be indexed have been changed to
contain different letters, for example Șa and Şb, different entries show up.
