cat /usr/share/applications/openoffice.org-1.9-calc.desktop
says that there is no such file.
i had a look at the file to see where it is linked.
/usr/share/applications/openoffice.org-1.9-calc.desktop ->
/etc/openoffice.org-1.9/share/xdg/calc.desktop
however the tree structure from /etc/openoffice.org-1.9/
look like this
[EMAIL PROTECTED] openoffice.org-1.9]$ tree
.
|-- openoffice.org1.9.93 -> /opt/openoffice.org1.9.93
|-- openoffice.org1.9.95 -> /opt/openoffice.org1.9.93/opt/openoffice.org1.9.95
`-- program
|-- python -> python.sh
`-- python-core -> python-core-2.3.4
2 directories, 3 files
as you can see, it looks like a total mess.
