My printer has two trays, one for letter and one for ledger size paper. For some reason no matter what I do Writer will not print from tray 2. I've changed the printer settings, writer settings, I even told the printer to force tray 2 to print, yet it refuses to with writer. Other applications on my computer print to Tray 2 without issue. So I know it's a problem with the Open Office Software. Settings I have Set In Writer: 1) File > Printer Settings > Properties Set Paper Size to "Ledger" Set Paper Source to "Tray 2" 2) File > Print > Properties Set Paper Size to "Ledger" Set Paper Source to "Tray 2" 3) File > Print > Options Select "Paper Tray From Printer Settings" No effect Deselect "Paper Tray From Printer Settings" No effect I really need to be able to print from tray 2. If you can find the issue and fix it I would greatly appreciate it. The printer is a Brand New Brother MFC-6490CW, the computer is a Dell Laptop with 2Ghz Intel Centrino, 2Gbs DDR2 Memory, and running Windows XP Professional.
