------- Additional comments from [email protected] Mon Mar 1 09:57:49 +0000 2010 ------- A html formatted file with just the <table> ... </table> filename.xls opens just fine in MS excel. In calc, it is not recognized correctly. Put this in a file named whatever.xls: <table> <tr> <td>row 1, cell 1</td> <td>row 1, cell 2</td> </tr> <tr> <td>row 2, cell 1</td> <td>row 2, cell 2</td> </tr> </table> Save and try to open the file in in openoffice calc. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
