What makes you believe that 106 should be a valid ID of a number format? What
makes you specifically believe that 106 should be a currency format? These IDs
are internals that may differ with the locale used or the order that number
format locales or their formats were created.
Instead of using an ID use
dispatcher.executeDispatch(document, ".uno:NumberFormatCurrency", "", 0,
Array())
