RTFD is a container format; on disk it is basically a directory containing an
RTF file and the images that RTF may use. It seems RTFD is basically an Apple
only format.
My first idea was to convert RTFD to HTML in the clipboard code; only there is
no native converter to do that; there are means to create cocoa objects
(NSAttributedString) from RTFD or get RTFD from them, but there is no
converision to HTML or something similar available - which means that this "on
the fly" conversion cannot be solved.
If and when the RTF filter gets changed adding in RTFD would be a nice extra
feature IMHO.
