This is a valid request and similar to issue 36666 for connectors. See also the
more general issue 55395 to unify the drawing toolbars.
When you have drawn a line you can use the drop-down field or the format dialog
"Lines" to set the arrow. Another workaround is, to put an arrow into the
gallery.
