ODT information is created using odfpy. <table-cell> element has style attached
to it "MyContent". That style has description like this:

<style:style style:name="MyContents" style:display-name="MyContents"
style:family="table-cell"><style:table-cell-properties fo:border="0.001cm solid
#000000"/></style:style>

If this style description is placed into styles.xml automatic-styles section -
OpenOffice will not put border around a cell (style information is ignored).
If however this style description is placed into content.xml automatic-styles
section OpenOffice WILL put border around a cell.

I'm not an expert of ODF, but as far as I understand it is correct to put such
style information to styles.xml and OpenOffice should read and use it.
