------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Mar 4 04:22:29 +0000 2010 ------- Installation is shutdown by Windows Data Execution Prevention software. New version downloaded by using 'new version available' icon within Openoffice and left it to shutdown the 4 open calc files, none of which had pending saves. Follow normal download and install procedure Installer gets to computing space requirements point OK. Selecting 'next' goes to options screens sequence next - Leave Name, organisation (blank) and 'Anyone' as default from previous info. next - Leave default setup type of 'Complete' next - At this point on the first two attempts the install was stopped by DEP. The third time it ran through OK but spent a long time configuring java 6 update 18 and the c++ 2008 redistributable. 2nd and third install attempts were run using setup.exe within the installation file folder. DEP is set to - 'Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only' (see also issue 103599) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
