------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Mar 4 14:57:15 +0000 2010 ------- I did some tests and hopefully have found the case causing a corruption in numbering format: action 1) open "Information_org.doc" with ms word 2003 result 1) file is intact action 2)open "Information_org.doc" with oo writer result 2) file is intact action 3)open "Information_org.doc" with oo writer and save as in "Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP.doc" format (Information_saveas.doc). action 4)Open "Information_saveas.doc" with oo writer result 4)File is corrupted (starting from page 5) action 5) Open "Information_saveas.doc" with Ms word 2003 result 5) file is intact (no corruption in numbering format) conclusion: the corruption happens after saving the document as .doc format.
