I checked "BudgetTemplate.xls", it seems to eb a circular reference problem:
In 'E17' there is a reference to 'D17'
Grabbing will work without problems from Cell B50 ro to cells in "Budget 2011"
from "Budget 2010".
I believe this issue is INVALID?
