Reproducible with "10027-C-EH.doc" "Ooo-Dev 3.3.0 multilingual version English
UI WIN XP: [DEV300m73 (Build 9456)]"!
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create WRITER document with 3.1.
2. Menu 'Insert -> Object -> Ole-Object -> Table - New' <ok>
CALC object will be inserted
3. Fill all visible cells with letter "A"
4. Leave object
5. Save as sample.odt
6. Save as sample.doc (WORD 97/XP)
7. close
10. Open both documents with 3.1.1
as expected, you will see Object in navigator pane and document in both
documents
11. Close documents without saving
20. Open both documents with 3.2 (or 3.3-dev)
expected: you will see Object in navigator pane and document in both
documents
actual: only fisible in .odt, not in .doc. here isn't any hint concerning
that object in the document.
21. Close documents without saving
31. Open .doc with MS WORD viewer:
Table will be shown correctly
Works fine if .doc document has been created with 3.3
No problem with Chart, Drawing and Formula objects.
@pietparel:
May be you would avoid such problems saving your documents in ODF format when
you use OOo.
