I did not change behavior regarding displaying also date+time formatted values
of the same date as mentioned in an earlier comment #desc12 above, that might be
confusing and not always wanted. If wanted a user could always do a standard
filter query for x >= date and x < date+1

In table3.cxx I changed lcl_PrepareQuery() to reset the query entry's
bQueryByDate if the actual query is not date only, so ValidQuery() has only to
look for date+time values if actually querying for a date and not if just the
filter list contained a date.
