Either the UI-language or the language selected in the registry key \\\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Nls\\Language\\Default It would be best if the language from the Tools->Options->Languages->DefaultCJK lang could be used, but this is not yet available in the SalGraphics layer.
