I assume this is a duplicate of an old issue that never really has been
understood:

The problem is that the error messages are correct, the files *are* missing.
But why they are missing isn't reproducible any more.
ab->aa48: The problem is located in the user installation. If you delete both
the old (if still existing) and the new one, restarting the Office should lead
to
a clean installation. If necessary (e.g. if you don't want to loose your user
in-
stallation) I can also attach you empty script.xlb and dialog.xlb to this issue.
