It is true that the oooqs is not part of OO and I did contact the oooqs author 
about this before I did submit this report.  
 
Nevertheless, the oooqs app can only work if the "-quickstart" flag on the cli 
is offered by the linux version of OO in the first place. With the flag 
removed, none of the workarounds for linux, either bash scripts or the oooqs 
app are able to function. I did not intend to get the oooqs app fixed, all I 
need is the quickstart flag for the linux version being restored. Unless there 
was a serious problem with it, I am wondering why this functionality was 
removed from the linux version.
