I have a strange incompatibility problem between OOo writer 3.2 and 3.1.
Please see the test files which you can find here:
http://znegvan.0x17.ch/nicu/ooo/bug.tar.bz2

As you can see, the title 'Child of title 1' (page 2) has the correct numbering
'1.1' in the 3.2 file. But if you open the file in writer 3.1, the numbering
will be missing. If you compare the pdf files you'll see the difference.

I toke a look in to the "styles.xml" file of both files and found the difference
in style:list-style-name="". If I remove this in the 3.1 file and reopen the
file in 3.2, the numberings are back.

Correct me if this is not a bug, but i assume, that this should not happen.

Thanks for looking into it.
