I know that there is an "'" in the text, but the problem *remains* serious: in
OO-Spreadsheet it is possible to add text to a number without any problems or
even an eroor message!
This is especially serious because there is another bug in oo which ignores the
custom setting of a decimal separator. This may lead to dead wrong results, e.g.
if you try to import data from data loggers etc. Example: I have a german
system, but my decimal sign is a *point*. Excel use the point, oo ingores it. if
I import
data from our data logger, *all* arithmetic operations are dead wrong!
Therefore: addition of number and text must give an ERROR!
