Hi,

I have no problem with the principle of registering my copy of OOo, and indeed I
have done so.

However, I use separate accounts on my PC for different members of the family
and to keep root locked down. Could we please sort out registration so that

a) One registration per machine, independent of users. If you like ask/read
number of user accounts.

b) Upon upgrading etc. don't ask for another registration. If you want to pass
the info to a 'copy counter' fine, do so silently after the first registration.

c) Never register means "never register". Try explaining to a computer newbie
why there document does not always open when they click on it. Bear in mind root
may not want to give passwords to ordinary users.

Thanks
