wontfix in the sense of cannot fix.
Excel only supports externally-supplied data, you cannot store the choices in
the control itself.
For compatibility, you need to create a list of the values in your table and use
the cell range as data-source.
Furthermore, Excel only supports putting the index in the linked cell, not the
actual value, so you have to change the type to index of selected element as
well (and use additional formulas to refer to the actual text).
