Even if it's possible to anchor a frame to character, there's no option to align
the frame to the line where the character lies. This makes it impossible for the
frame to follow the text flow, as any manual alignment is lost if new lines of
text are inserted before the anchoring character.
This would be extremely useful when creating text with sideheads, as sideheads
are not necessarily aligned to the beginning of a paragraph, but may need to be
aligned with a particular word within the paragraph.
