We only know that it doesn't appear to be fixed, and the rest of the stick-handling of the issue is way over our heads. So, to me, it looks like it's still not fixed and that it should be verified as "not fixed". But if you can assure me that it's fixed even though it's not fixed, I guess I'll have to trust someone on this. But it's asking a bit much of a simple user.
