When using a pulldown - using the Validity selection from the Menu. If you use 
the '$' in your selection  ie I$16:I$20 - and then go and insert or delete rows 
ahead of Row 16 - the software should change the 'fixed' references - AS THEY 
SHOULD ONLY BE FIXED from a CUT and PASTE perspective and not when the software 
is handling deletions and insertions of Rows - which obviously will affect the 
intended location of the 'list' that is to be accessed.

( I don't want to mention Excel - but it wouldn't happen in that implementation 
of a spreadsheet )
