Reproducible with "Ooo-Dev 3.3.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP:
[DEV300m74 (Build 9487)]"! Same with 3.1.1, 2.4.1, 1.1.4
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attachen "sample311.ods"
2. Double click into chart (grey border appears)
3. click on red chart line in chart (not legend), so that
control points appear
This line is drawn between blue line (most background) and yellow line
(most foreground)
4. Menu 'Format -> Arrangement -> Bring Forward
expected: the graphic line will become most foreground and cover
all other lines
actual: red line will become the most background one, covered by all
other ones. Additionally order of the lines in the legend will
change from Y1 - Y2 - Y3 to Y2 - Y1 - Y3
So it seems that the relation between order in legend and chart layer (first one
background, last one foreground) always is correct, but the menu item works just
reversed.
Leave P4 because it seems that that hasn't worried anyone within 7 years
Modify Version because already a problem with 1.1.4
