2010 -------
Since CWS cbosdo01 introducing the french punctuation auto-correction, time data
are wrongly auto-corrected:
Ex: 8:45 becomes 8_:45 (where "_" stands for a non breaking space) immediately
after typing "8:"
This only happens when:
- the character language is French
- some text precedes the input, Ex: in a Calc cell "8:45" only won't be changed
but "some text 8:45" will trigger the auto-correction.
