You did all the above tests on the same machine, same software config
(Operating System)?
I confess the more you write the more I get confused. :-( If Windows file
dialog is used OOo's FTP implementation is not involved at all. Windows does all
the work itself.
Could you please make a screen shot of the error messages you get (for OOo
dialogs in 3.1 and 3.2 and Windows dialog in 3.2) and attach it to this issue?
There is nothing I can fix in OOo here, I'm afraid.
If OOo file dialog does not work in both 3.1 and 3.2 I guess that it never
worked. Thus, we're talking about a missing feature in OOo.
