In sample document "slide31.ppt" from Issue 110243 the chart will be shown
correctly only with my 1.1.4 (German) WIN XP: [645m52 (Build 8824)]

"2.4.1 Multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [680m17(Build9310)]"
Slide shown in slide pane and Normal View. Not visible in Outline View, only
some kind of placeholder in running presentation.

"Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]":
Same as in 2.4.1

"Ooo-Dev 3.3.0 multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [DEV300m74 (Build 9487)]":
Slide NOT shown in slide pane and Outline View. Only placeholder in Normal View,
not visible in running presentation.

P4 because for me only reproduckble with that particular document.
