There was an example implementation in this posting, which does the job for me: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00841.html If this gets integrated, the author would need to be contacted to clarify the license and it needs to be integrated into the PDF export with a tick mark "Expand animations". The user should never actually see the expanded slides, they exist only during PDF export.
