wontfix. UI will not be changed, as changing paths is not something the user
should do. Especially not on every update.
paths are stored in
<oouserdir>/user/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/Paths.xcu
(will not be created in user dir if no changes were done to the configuration)
default values are in
<oobasisdir>/basis3.2/share/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/Paths.xcu
