------- Additional comments from [email protected] Sun Mar 21 02:44:55 +0000 2010 ------- Joseph_mcGuire, 3/20/2010 Summary: ======== I was unable to reproduce the two problems noted in this issue on the same build as original issue and on current build DEV300m75 (Build:9488) (as noted previously). Issues: ======= 1). Impress changes the way it renders this animation unpredictably, each time I run the presentation. 2). Level2 items showing before level one items My Configuration: ================= Windows Xp, SP3, 2GB RAM, 1.5 Ghz processor, version 3.1.1 (OOO310m19 (Build:9420) ) Testing: ======== 1). Loaded file "Prova.odp" into impress and clicked on Slide show from both the main menu and custom animation multiple times. The sequence of lines was always. - testo2 & Testo3 - testo1 - Testo5 - Testo4 Expected this order from the Effect Options settings. 2). Did see a minor problem on with delay time update on changing it. Which could be related to original issue. - Selecting properties button in custom animation area - Updated the "Timing" tab "Delay" time field - Select "Text Animation" tab did not see update time for automatically after - Believe this is an issue but minor does not update until returning to effect Option 3). I changed the properties -> Effect options - "Timing" tab Delay times for Testo1 and Testo4 from 2 seconds to 10 seconds to make sure they were working properly and then click on slide show and did get a 10 sec delay for both lines. 5). Testing the "Level2 items showing before level-1 items" I tested this by A). Copying the slide 1 from "Prova.odp" B). From custom animation tab selecting "test01" Level-1 line C) Selecting Property ... button D) Selecting timing tab in the Effect Options dialog E) Changing the delay time to zero from 2 sec F). Fepeating this delay time change to zero for"test04" other Level-1 line clicking on slide show button either in Custom Animation area or the main menu. The order was changed to test01 (level1) and Test02 & testo3 (level-2) test04 (level1) and test05 (level2) So Delay time seems to be causing Level 1 items to be shown after Level 2 items. 6). I set the Start effect Fade-in parameter to with previous and all lines showed up at same time. This seems correct as well. 7). Did not have time to investigate the Group text feature. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
