OpenSymbol does not contain U+E461, and probably did not contain U+25B6 as of
writing of this issue.
U+25B6 works with current versions of OOo/the OpenSymbol font.
Insert|Special characters really only shows the characters included in the font.
The document itself performs glyph- and font-fallback, i.e. when the requested
character is not included in the chosen font, OOo attempts to use another font
for that character.
