invalid. You need to use URI syntax. (file://<path>)
user config files for vanilla OOo are not in ~/.config, they still are in
~/.openoffice.org - very likely not vanilla OOo that was used.
You can also use the -env:UserInstallation="file:///wherever/you/want"
commandline parameter instead of changing bootstraprc.
