I think I found something: I do not think the Writer is responsible for the
regression, but the Draw, or change the graphical sublayer.

Since the drawings were the problem, I focused on drawing.

1st observation: The drawings are opened much more slowly during 3.1 and 3.2
than in 3.0 (in Ooo Draw)
2st observation: There are no problems with drawing, which I draw with OOo
Draw. Problem is only with the drawings, which I trace with Inkscape and
imported form SVG.
3st observation: What is common in these? The drawing are a bit of a long
Bézier curve.

I think, the problem is with drawings, which include long (about 1000 nodes)
Bézier curves. So, I made a simple testcase: Same draw
a) 1 long Bézier curve (see attachment 68511)
b) 90 shorter Bézier curve (see attachment 68512)
The test was confirmed. In any setting (anti-aliasing on/off, dragging
shadow on/off), the 3.0 open the two files quickly (same time), but 3.1 open
slower, and 3.2 more slowly the file (a). The dragging on the screen is much
slower too.

Perhaps this is related to i105769 as well?
