I am new to the language you are speaking here. I am confused the issue is not
resolved at my end.
I used the key board, specifically I used the following keys and it froze.
ALT O (for format) and then H (for Character). It froze immediately. I can't
even click on x to get out of the Ooo.
I don't understand any more of your instructions.
